This vacation rental is located in Al Tahoe, just off of South Lake Tahoe Blvd.  The home features "two" master bedrooms, each with it's own private bathroom, queen size bed, and cable TV.   Reasonable Rental Rates. Located just 8 blocks from beautiful Lake Tahoe and Regan Beach, only 5-10 minutes to Heavenly Ski Resort and the big Casinos.

Amenities: Forrested area, with a large fenced in yard to enjoy the fragrant pine trees, and observe the squirrels and bluejays. Walk or drive to the lake.  Fireplace for cozy evenings.  Free internet for your laptop, pillow-top mattresses in all three rooms, both master bedrooms have tv's.  There is an Answering Machine for your messages, VCR and DVD player.  Puzzles and board games in the hall closet.    Soap, clean linens & towels also provided.

The home is available year-round. To check availability and receive a rental rate, send us an email with the following:

1) Your arrival and departure date
2) How many guests: __ Adults, __ Children

In addition to the per night rate, there is a cleaning fee of $85 and a $250 refundable security deposit. (No Pets/Smoking allowed.)

If the dates you want are available, and your dates are more than 60-days in advance, we require only the security deposit to guaranty your reservation. The balance will be due 60-days prior to your arrival. Without a deposit we cannot hold your reservation. Payment in-full must be received for stays occuring within 60-days.
We accept VISA & MasterCard, through PayPal. Or, you can mail a check, money order, or cashiers check.

Sierra-At-Tahoe Ski Area
Only 20-30 minutes away from the California side of South Lake Tahoe, Sierra-At-Tahoe is a wonderful resort that is Tahoe's third largest. Sierra-At-Tahoe also offers a large selection of intermediate cruising runs, a good beginner hill, plus advanced runs as well.
High-speed quad chairs whisk you to the top in minutes! Also, boarders will appreciate Sierra's snowboard park.

Kirkwood Ski and Summer Resort
Kirkwood is a beautiful 40 minute drive from South Lake Tahoe, just over Carson Pass. To get there, you travel through the expansive Hope Valley, a lovely meadow with meandering streams on your way to ski.
Kirkwood offers skiers and boarders a great change of pace on uncrowded slopes, sweeping vistas and sometimes terrifying (for some) terrain. Experts find nirvana on the many steeps and chutes. Intermediates revel in the wide-open groomed bowls. And, beginners appreciate the uncrowded bunny slopes. Plus, cross-country skiers can choose from a wide variety of trails and views, which include mellow touring trails, fabulous vistas and fast descents.

Considered a year-round playground in the High Sierra, South Lake Tahoe has something to suit every taste.
